Good News Team Update

Dan New Home

We would like to share the great news and excitement for our colleague Daniel and his fiancé Emma

“Two days before Christmas my fiancé Emma and I picked up the keys to our first home located in Cranbrook, Exeter. After years and years of renting and saving, we finally have a place of our own that we can call home for the foreseeable future. We are still feeling super excited and can’t quite believe it is ours. It all seems very surreal, yet so rewarding after all the years of saving.”

What a fantastic milestone, we’re so pleased for you Dan and Emma!

Project Update
Rea Barn

Haldons are currently working on a private home as the Quantity Surveyor and Principal Designers. We were approached for this job as the property was damaged beyond repair due to a wash out in the ground beneath it.

Prior to being commissioned the original dwelling was demolished and we negotiated a contract for the rebuild. The substructures are progressing well with all piling complete and excavations nearing completion.

ABC are anticipating being finished in June 2022.

Project Completion
The Grange, Exmouth Community College

The refurbishment works on The Grange project at Exmouth Community College has finally come to an end..

Practical Completion is now done, as well as a few minor snags now completed as well. The staff at Exmouth Community College will be moving back into their newly refurbished offices within the iconic Grange building located in the middle of the Gipsy Lane site.

It has been a fantastic project to be a part of with many variations and additions to the contract which has kept Dan and the other team members on their toes throughout

Testimonial

Thanks again to Ben Hunt for your lovely words, we think Sean is amazing to work with too. A fantastic project and a venue that will no doubt continue to further benefit the local community.
